Job description
This post will be to provide efficient administrative support service to the Pharmacy Directorate. This will involve supporting the day to day activities within the directorate undertaking administrative duties, scanning and filing of information on the hospital electronic systems. Also, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook would be beneficial.
A major part of the role involves discussion with other senior colleagues and liaising with staff of all grades in the directorate to ensure all information is available for the appropriate meetings. They will be the initial point of contact for callers to the department either via telephone, emails or in person. The post holder will be responsible to support the directorate workstreams, taking minutes, reports, correspondence and other documents as required.
Candidates must have a word processing and / or typing qualification such as RSA/OCSR 3 Typing/Audio Typing/Word processing or equivalent experience
