Job description
Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Support to work within the Contact Management Department. You will provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative support and confidential secretarial service to the Department. You will prepare files for meetings, take accurate and often confidential minutes and ensures completion of delegated tasks at all levels. You will respond, prioritise and resolve queries, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the office by managing the diary and the effective timetabling and co-ordination of activities.
You will be a confident communicator at all levels with a good standard of education, including excellent literacy and numeric skills. You will have proven interpersonal skills and the ability to promote professional working relationships with personnel at all levels. Proven ability to work to deadlines is essential as well as the capability to travel to different locations. You must be IT literate in Microsoft applications and spreadsheet applications.

Vetting. All posts require a level of Police Vetting as per the National Vetting Code of Practice.
