Job description
We are looking for a full-time (37.5 hours a week)Band 2 Administrative Receptionist. The successful candidate would be joining a friendly, dynamic, professional multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced admin environment and the post holder will be required to undertake a range of duties as part of the overall team.
The Receptionist would be required to operate the telephone switchboard as the Single Point of Access (SPoA) for MAS on a daily basis from the office site in Alderney Community Hospital. This person must be able to demonstrate a compassionate approach and will require patience and high standards of communication in dealing with people who may be anxious or have cognitive impairments.The post holder will need to liaise with a range of colleagues in the Trust and the wider health and social care sector as well as carers and patients. They will also be able to support the admin systems and processes of the wider team.
