A prestigious property development company is looking for an Administrative Personal Assistant to join the team on a temporary 10 month basis!
Administrative Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

Administrative Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Producing correspondence and reports through the most appropriate method
- Producing and distributing all meeting minutes
- Acting as gate keeper for Director with inbox management, making email correspondence for Director as and when required
- Acting as a point of contact for the team for all calls and meetings
- Being responsible for diary management with close liaison internally and externally to arrange appointments and meetings
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Taking and managing reception overflow and team calls and any filing
- Processing and managing all Purchase Orders for the team through sign off and creation of PO’s on the company system
- Liaising with recruitment agencies for the recruitment of new staff for the Construction Team
- Managing induction process for all new starters within the team
- Processing all team holiday, sickness and absence reporting
- Undertaking overall management of all the department holiday forms
- Experience working in an administrative role, or able to demonstrate a desire to do so
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to proactively assist with others’ organization
- Excellent IT skills particularly with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with diary management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
