Job description
Provide a high standard of clerical administrative service to patients and the department, adhering to departmental guidelines and policies.
The jobholder will receive and check documentation, reports, patient information, processing appropriately, including entering information on to the appropriate IT system, and retrieve information as and when required. Manage appointment bookings and will be first point of contact in relation to managing and maintaining assessment clinic's appointments and standards. Working alongside, Service Managers and other internal and external teams.
Supporting the delivery of a high standard of service to patients, staff and Trust departments.
