Administrative Officer
£27,598 to £30,019 (Band 4)
Full-Time (37.5 hour/week - 1.0 WTE)
Fixed Term until 29 March 2024
Edinburgh/Glasgow - hybrid working apply for the foreseeable future.
Department: Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP)
An opportunity has arisen to join the Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP) Directorate within Healthcare Improvement Scotland. This role will provide admin support to the directorate teams and provide diary and email support to the Associate Director of Nursing.
As an administrator, you should be highly organised and able to be the central point of support for the teams. Effective communication skills will be vital to support engagement both internally and externally as will the ability to use your own initiative. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, is flexible and is comfortable working with people at all levels, including senior management and senior-level stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, enthusiastic and driven in their approach to work and who is keen to develop and grow in the role.
