We currently have a permanent opportunity available for an Administrative Officer to work within the Falkirk Allied Health Professional Community Beds team; to support the community teams by providing a comprehensive and high-quality administration service.
You will be required to provide daily support to the Team Lead and therapy staff across a full range of administration tasks, including direct calls from patients and referrers, using electronic patient record systems, the input of data into spreadsheets, coordinating databases and electronic filing systems to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department.
You will also have responsibility for answering the telephone and other administrative duties as and when required.
In order to be successful within this role you must have previous experience in an administration role, preferably within the NHS or a similar large organisational setting.
You must also have excellent IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.

This post will be based within Falkirk Community Hospital, there may be the requirement to work from other bases throughout Forth Valley.
