Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring IT Support Technician. You will play a vital role in supporting our IT systems, business processes, and customer interactions—compensation up to $28/hour.
What You'll Be Doing as an IT Support Technician:
- Gain a deep understanding of our tools and business processes, including onboarding and customer support.
- Prioritize support tickets according to defined by our processes and procedures.
- Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to servers, workstations, and network configurations.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of support activities and track time spent on tasks within our ticketing system.
What We're Looking For in an IT Support Technician:
- Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of various IT environments.
- Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education.
- Effective verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment to quickly acquire new skills.
