About the role and our team
The Department of Infrastructure is seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to join our small team in the Directors office at the Airport.
In this role, you will be required to undertake administrative duties within the ID Centre as well as other duties such as diary management and note taking. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills to be successful in this role.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
- Processing full and temporary airside pass applications via an online application process
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the senior management team.
- Taking notes at internal and external meetings to ensure that key decisions are accurately recorded.
- Dealing with straight forward enquiries to the pass office and admin emails.
