Job description
The North Dorset Community Mental Health Team is looking for a highly motivated and organised Admin Team Lead to join the team on a full-time basis.
The role is based at Blandford Hospital overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions across the Blandford Adult and Older Persons Community Mental Health Teams, which provide treatment and care for people with mental health illnesses within the community. This will require the post holder to be responsible for the line management and supervision of the administration team as well as provide PA support to the Service Manager.
You will be joining a welcoming, professional leadership team where you will receive plenty of peer support, regular supervision, and work within a friendly, supportive environment alongside experienced admin team leads within the North Dorset locality.
