We have successfully delivered accredited Master's programmes for over a decade and recently expanded into government funded Apprenticeships. As we continue to grow our Programmes offering we are also looking to expand our administrative team to help ensure that the work behind-the-scenes continues to operate as smoothly as possible.
With proven prior administration experience, you will apply your knowledge of working in busy office environments and will be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Your primary focus will be school support and data control, ensuring that student records are kept up-to-date and regularly reporting on student progress to relevant governing bodies. Attention to detail is essential for this role, as is a huge interest in relationship building as you will be an important member of both our Master's and Apprenticeships team. Existing knowledge of Apprenticeships is desirable but not essential.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. You'll be working across the UK business and Hub Europe, with a focus on our Master's and Apprenticeship programmes, supporting our team to deliver effective learning experiences. The role will be based in Manchester but working in a hybrid manner, spending a day or two at our co-working space in Ancoats and working from home for the remainder of the time.
Requirements
- Experienced administrator who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Ability to prioritise and proactively manage a busy workload whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Experience of using Google suite and Microsoft packages
- Prior knowledge of Apprenticeships and experience with Management Information Systems would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Self-sufficient, flexible and able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to step in and support with general operational duties as required

Responsibilities & Tasks
- Effective administration of our Master's and Apprenticeship programmes using the relevant software
- Being the link between the Student Recruitment and MA Programmes teams to provide onboarding support to students signed up to the programmes
- Processing on-boarding paperwork and sending all relevant documentation to potential learners on the Apprenticeship programmes in line with GDPR guidelines
- Creating and maintaining accurate learner records for students across the programmes
- Managing relationships with external markers and assessors to ensure the marking process runs as smoothly as possible
- Assisting with the production and submission of compliant Independent Learner Records on a monthly basis to maximise funding claims
- Support in preparing for ESFA audits and inspections by our accrediting partners/ government bodies
- Work with the Finance Manager to raise invoices for students and track payments coming in
Terms
Location: Based in the Greater Manchester area and willing to travel to our shared coworking space in Ancoats 1-2 days a week.
Full time with immediate start.
25 Days Holiday.
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 dependent upon experience
