Administrative Assistant - Student Office
Start date: March 2023
Salary: Grade 1c3 £23 628 - £25 212 Full time (12 hours £6 827 - £7 284)
Hours: 12 hours per week, term time plus inset days.
There can be some flexibility with regard to working days, additional days maybe available
We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our busy school office providing vital support to our pupil body, you will be the first port of call for our pupils, monitoring attendance and managing first aid in school. This is a key role in ensuring the wellbeing of our pupils.
The ideal candidate should be have a calm manner, able to prioritise and be able to relate to young adults in a Secondary setting. Excellent literacy skills, both written and verbal, and good attention to detail are also a requirement. There is some flexibility regarding hours of work for the right candidate.
