We have a wonderful opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our vibrant SEN school starting this September.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment processes, including organising interviews and coordinating with colleagues.
- Be the go-to person for accurate inputting and maintenance of our staff database, ensuring records are up to date.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as HR, finance, and school leadership.
- Assist with general office duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Embrace the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of educators, therapists, and support staff to create an enriching environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient and accurate administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and the use of office software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
