Primary Purpose
- To assist with the smooth running of the admin department and carry out all designated tasks.
- To undertake general administrative and clerical duties.
- To provide an efficient and professional first point of contact for telephone calls and queries.
Job Role and Main Duties:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Process sales orders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
- Undertake general administrative duties
- Manage reception area and host visitors in line with Company’s safety and security regulations
- Carry out tasks within your capability and deemed necessary by the management

Key Attributes/Skills:
- Good IT Skills including Excel - knowledge of Sage software desirable.
- Previous data entry experience.
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, good team player but able to work on own initiative
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Accuracy/ attention to detail
Hours:
Monday - Friday (13:30 - 17:30)
Saturday (10:00-12:00)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week
Salary: £12,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant or Receptionist: 2 years (required)
