Working with Greenback Alan means you’ll support the work we do for brands that operate on a global scale and the individuals who run these businesses.
Tasks
This is a general office administration position where you will have a varied workload which contributes to the smooth running of the business.
This is an onsite position, but we can offer lots of flexibility to fit around your other commitments.
This role would be for 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday covering approximately 5 hours per day.
You’ll be reporting to our Administration Manager, who will delegate work to you and support you in your day-to-day tasks.
This isn’t a receptionist position, but you will need to meet and greet guests when they arrive for meetings.
You’ll be doing a wide range of office admin tasks such as dealing with post, couriers, typing, filing and invoices.
Keeping the office running smoothly will be a key responsibility - from making sure we have stationary to changing light bulbs to keeping the fridges stocked.
You might need to run errands around the local area from time to time.
We have regular staff meetings and events that you will help coordinate and run.
Requirements
The most important thing is that you have some previous experience doing administration within a professional services environment.
Good communication skills are essential, you’ll be dealing with staff and guests in-person, on the phone and via email and documents.
To that extent, you’ll need basic IT skills across the usual Office tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You’ll need to present a professional first impression for our guests.
