Meta Reality Labs brings together a world-class team of researchers, developers, and engineers to create the future of virtual and augmented reality, which together will become as universal and essential as smartphones and personal computers are today. And just as personal computers have done over the past 45 years, AR and VR will ultimately change everything about how we work, play, and connect. The audio team at Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our office and lab in Cambridge, and up to 2 directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. Note: This position is full-time, based at the Cambridge, UK site.

Administrative Assistant (Office management), Meta Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organize space planning for the site, strategic offsite events and all-hands meetings
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments
- Main POC for the entire office
- Provide operational support for the entire office to include partnering with IT, Facilities, Culinary, Security, and Health and Safety teams where appropriate
- Own and curate Office Welcome for all new hires
- POC for sending and receiving all post for employees
- Organize Office events, culture initiatives, and Q&As
- Maintain and conduct inventory of office supplies
- Assist with site specific communications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of relevant experience of calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more executives
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- Experience balancing competing priorities
