Administrative Assistant (to start as soon as possible)
Limpsfield C. E. Infant School, a two form entry village infant school set within beautiful Surrey surroundings, is seeking a friendly, dedicated and efficient person to join our busy school office team.

Contract type: 35 hours per week - 40 weeks per year (Term Time only + 5 INSET days + 1 week as required)
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm (half an hour lunch unpaid)
Salary: PS4/PS5 (Dependent on experience)
PS4: £20,722 - £22,716 FTE (Pro-rata salary £17,776 - £19,486)
PS5: £23,243 - £25,484 FTE (Pro-rata salary £19,938 - £21,861)
Contract term: Permanent

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- Good numeracy, literacy and PC skills (including Microsoft Office). Knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage, although full training will be given for the right candidate
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a good telephone manner
- The ability to multi-task, whilst remaining calm and working well under pressure
- The confidence to use their own initiative and the flexibility to cover staff absence
- A willingness to undertake first aid training and carry out first aid on pupils, staff and visitors when required.
