Job description
Due to expansion of the team an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the fast pace of the Urgent Response and Virtual Ward team as an administrator, based in Woking Community Hospital. You will be responsible for supporting the clinical team made up of Matrons, Physios and Community Support Workers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
You will be part of the team in providing cover across 7 days between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm. Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays.
It is essential you have excellent communications, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient in the use of a wide rage of IT packages local training will be given
You will be in constant contact with South East Coast Ambulance, GPs, Community Matrons, District Nurses, Social Care, Community Therapy Team along with Patients and their family so you must have experience in taking and receiving information over the phone.
