BRIEF OVERVIEW
A first point of contact for all recruitment queries, escalating to the HR Specialist or Manager for Talent and Reward where appropriate. Providing a full HR & Recruitment administrative service to ensure the efficient day to day running of the Recruitment process.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure effective/timely communication with employees regarding recruitment to ensure smooth running of the department.
- Ensure that the Recruitment Inbox is maintained, and queries are answered within SLA requirements.
- Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc priorities and HR Administration for employee lifecycle changes
- Produce administration, comms to mailing lists etc. and ensure any HR Recruitment filing is maintained within the company guidelines and GDPR
- Receive incoming telephone calls and deal with where relevant.
- Support the HR Specialist, Recruitment in the arrangement of external job fairs and sourcing venues
- Ensuring & maintaining validity of data on central HR system
- Adding, Inputting and checking data on various HR systems including Employee Central, Softworks, etc
- Collate employee documentation as required, ie for new starters
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Previous experience in a HR Admin Role
- Basic understanding of HR Best practice
- High Accuracy skills
- Customer focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Work on own initiative, prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
