Coventry University's Group Resolution, Information and Legal Services team is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive administrator to join our busy and growing team on a 12-month fixed term, maternity cover basis.
The Role
You will play a key role in the delivery of our comprehensive service by supporting the efficient completion of core processes and system tasks, in line with associated deadlines. Working closely with colleagues across the team to collectively manage key tasks, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure goals are met, data is accurately maintained, and a comprehensive, reliable service is delivered.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will support in the delivery of systems related training and support across the team, including troubleshooting and assistance in resolving operating issues as and when they arise.
This fixed term role is an excellent opportunity to build your operational and legal knowledge, providing a strong foundation for any future opportunities that may arise.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have a strong administrative background with experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, you will be confident in stakeholder interactions, utilising your attention to detail to locate accurate information through thorough systems interrogation and interaction with colleagues across the team.
