Are you an organised, skilled multi-tasker with an eye for detail? Do you have a passion for helping others and would like to be part of an exciting and engaged team? Do you have a passion for learning?

We are looking for someone to join the UBS Scholar & UK Apprenticeship team to lead the Leadership & People and Business & Finance Academies, with the following responsibilities:

  • program delivery across Scholar (existing employees)
  • managing learning activities including, but not limited to, insight sessions, induction events, workshops, 121's, portfolios / projects / EPAs
  • day-to-day operations with training providers
  • learner tracking / progress reporting
  • program specific graduation and networking events
  • stakeholder relationships with business areas

Your team

The UBS Scholar and UK Apprenticeships team are responsible for end to end delivery of Apprenticeships across the UK. Within this, the program managers have responsibility for ensuring our learners are successful on programs, manage vendor relationships and drive business relationships.
