Business Unit Overview:
The BlackRock EMEA Family Office, Endowment and Foundation business is currently made up of 10 members in the UK, France, Germany. It is one of the fastest-growing client segments at BlackRock. The team covers Single and Multi-Family offices of institutional scale, as well as established endowments and foundations across the EMEA region. This is an established, multi-billion AUM team with a strong track record and one in which the firm is investing for growth.
Role Overview:
BlackRock is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant, based in London, will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Family Office, Endowment & Foundation team.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual for a team administration role within a fast-paced, dynamic team. The core responsibilities will be:
- Help with sales documentation and client requests
- Help schedule meetings for client roadshows
- Disseminating monthly fund performance data with clients
- Diary management for the team
- Help in organising team offsites and social activities
- Administrative support ahead of client meetings (preparing agenda materials, ensuring presentations are printed)
- Travel bookings and expenses claims for the team using Concur
- Setting up meetings for in-person or using a videoconferencing function such as Zoom or WebEx
- Coordinating with marketing to ensure everything is set up ahead of events
This role would suit someone who is a quick-learner, able to prioritise, respond quickly, is able to multi-task and thrives in a busy environment.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendaring, Outlook email, etc.)
- A high level of attention to detail
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information in all aspects of work.
- Fluency in other languages, specifically German and French would be helpful

Our hybrid work model
