Counter Terrorism Policing – North East (CTP NE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terrorism Policing. In this role you will provide an efficient and comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the North East Region Prison Intelligence Unit (NERPIU), ensuring the effective day to day running of the administrative functions in accordance with force and regional requirements.
You will need to have a basic knowledge of office systems and procedures, as well as a knowledge of and the ability to operate, computer systems such as Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Additionally you will have experience of minute taking and/or shorthand skills and good organisational and interpersonal skills.
Please note that the successful candidate will be subject to Enhanced level personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment.
You must be a British citizen and eligible to hold a British passport to work in the CTP NE. For security reasons you should not discuss your application with anyone other than your immediate family.
