Job description
We are currently searching for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a rapidly growing Telecoms company based in Brentwood.
- ASAP start
- Temp to Perm role (4 months probation)
- £30-35K
Your duties will include:
- Uploading job specs to the system.
- Job scheduling for site visits.
- Updating database with all project paperwork.
- Compiling site reports and sending to clients.
- Attending client meeting with the Project Coordinator and Director.
- Updating client system to enable invoicing to be processed.
- Updating build trackers for site progress
- Stakeholder Management.
Having a full UK drivers licence is not essential but is a bonus due to the location of the office. All parking is paid for by the company.
The most successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role previously and is confident speaking directly with potential and existing clients.
