To provide administrative support to the Children’s Services, Social Services Department.
To contribute to the broader administrative work of the elimination profit from care grant.
To contribute and assist in:
Achieving the objectives, targets, priorities and standards for specific tasks and functions within the Children’s Services department.
To ensure that all data relevant is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
To support the work of the Department in providing excellent and professional communication with all individuals who make contact with the service.
Under direction and guidance, liaise with staff, other Departments and outside agencies in order to achieve the goals of the specific area of work for which responsible.
Draw to the attention of senior management any issues which indicate a risk to individuals or the organisation.
To take responsibility for continuous professional improvement.
To take an accurate record of meetings and promptly, following sign off by chair disseminate.
Comply with MTCBC information security polices and processes including those relating to data protection.
To work with colleagues to promote sound and effective information management.
Any other tasks necessary as directed.
