Green Piling are a specialist foundation engineering company, operating Nationwide. Based at our Head Office in Renishaw, Sheffield, we are recruiting an Administration Assistant to join our busy Contracts team.
To perform administrative duties and provide support to the Contracts team:
Duties include:
- Processing of all site paperwork in a timely and efficient manner on a daily and weekly basis.
- Book hotels for site operatives and log onto our finance system.
- Book site testing.
- Processing of test report data.
- Compiling O&M Manuals.
- Liaising with clients and issuing contract documents.
- Archiving of Contracts documents.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries from Clients.
- General administration tasks as and when required.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems and Coins Software System would be an advantage but not essential; training would be given for the right candidate.
- Written, telephone and electronic communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and pay close attention to detail
- Be able to work under pressure and to timescales
You will have specific regular administrative duties for the Contracts team however you may be required to help in other areas of the business on occasion.
