A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Children’s Community Team.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with good organisational skills and an aptitude to learn quickly to provide administrative support to the service.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude towards their work and be well subscribed to the Bradford Teaching Hospitals corporate trust values.

This is a busy and varied role, one which requires the post holder to have a flexible approach and a calm, professional manner. The ability to work accurately whilst multi-tasking is essential. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The role will involve clerical tasks including arranging appointments, minute taking, organising correspondence, data input on various systems, filing, and photocopying. Additionally, you will be responsible for general office duties including answering the phone, welcoming patients and directing members of the public and staff queries appropriately.
