About the Role:
To deliver, coordinate and develop the Restart Team administration support for the Restart contract, taking a lead role in the auditing and sign-off of all necessary data and evidence required to ensure contract compliance and management. The post holder will have professional administration skills with a particular focus on compliance and quality. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to give others clear and time-bound instructions when dealing with audit findings and required claims evidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain compliant information and data for the Workpays contracts
- Complete compliance checks on files and sign-off evidence
- At all times, operate within the requirements of the data management and security policies and procedures
- Ensure all elements of administration are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget
- Act as the face of Workpays at appropriate delivery meetings
- Act as the face of Workpays, greeting visitors and clients
- Support the operational delivery through a range of tasks that may include administration, data processing, customer or learner engagement, customer or learner support and tracking
- Play an active role in developing a positive image of Workpays and representing the Workpays Team as required at meetings

About the Candidate: The successful candidate will have the following essential qualifications, experience, and skills
- GCSEs at grade A*-C (new grades 4-9) in English and Maths, or equivalent Level 2 qualifications
- Experience of administration support in a busy office
- Knowledge and understanding of data privacy
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening
- Ability to self-motivate
- Ability to show sensitivity and respect to all, demonstrating value for diverse views and opinions
- IT proficient with an ability to use all Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Personal characteristics: flexible and adaptable, strong attention to detail, innovative, conscientious
Desirable qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Experience working to quality and compliance measures
- Experience working in the further education/ employability and skills training sector
- Experience using a Learner Information Management System, such as PICS
- Experience executing projects and tasks from inception to finish
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulatory framework and quality and compliance measures
