We Are With You in Kent for Young People is the commissioned provider of substance use support for young people aged between 10-24 years old. We offer a range of free and confidential services to young people, professionals and their families. As a service we offer both short term and long term one to one work with young people and a range of group work options. All interventions stem from the service's ethos of providing accurate, individualised and non-judgemental support and guidance.
This Administrative Assistant role will require you to work in the Faversham office assisting the Data and Admin Lead in general day to day administrative tasks
About the job
You will be part of our services support team, providing an all-round administration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks.
It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth-running support team is crucial to us achieving our aims each day.
You will also have a role to play in supporting our relationships with other healthcare professionals, commissioners, and partner agencies to ensure our clients get the best possible support we can offer.
There's great variety in this role from greeting clients to ordering stationery, maintaining our data quality to processing time sheets - there's always something we'll need your help with.

REQUIRED SKILLS
To be a successful Administrative Assistant, you will:
- have experience of providing reliable and efficient administrative support in a busy environment
- experince of working in an office environment
- be able to get on with and communicate effectively to a wide range of people
- have a good standard of maths and english (both written and verbal)
- be a good team player, able to work collaboratively with everyone
- able to work under pressure, prioritise a busy workload where you will have competing demands on your time
- have a methodical approach and a good eye for detail
- be confident using IT packages, managing databases and using digital media
- have an understanding of workplace health & safety issues
- be able to offer some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time
DESIRABLE SKILLS
If you have worked in a charitable organisation before and/or have knowledge or experience of our client group, that would be an advantage but not essential.
