Office Assistant/Receptionist
Wartrom Machine Systems is a worldwide provider of specialized assembly and test equipment. However, we are not limited to exclusively supplying these types of machinery, we are proud to be able to provide a wide array of products and services to best satisfy our customers’ requirements.
We are looking for a competent Receptionist/Office Assistant to help with the organization and assisting of the daily office operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Perform receptionist duties such as greeting customers and answering phones
Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft programs, etc
- Thorough understanding of office procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferable office experience in the machining industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
