Desirable –
- BTEC Diploma or Cert in Administration
- Experience of working in an administrative role within the construction industry
- Provide support to development and commercial teams
- Administer and process invoices, including payments processes, in a timely manner, as instructed
- Adminstration of consultant and contractor appointment documents and collateral warranties
- Ensuring project team directory is up to date and issued when required
- Ensuring the document control system is in order and reporting any issues to colleagues
- Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
- Assist with administering sickness and holiday absence and report to the Payroll department as required
- Processing of colleagues expenses and mileage claims
- Assist in producing reports that are required
- Invoice log / payment tracking – weekly
- CCRM Commercial pack collation
- XPnonmat review and approval – this is for both Departments
- CQMS Health and Safety portal monitoring and updating
- Supporting and at times covering for PA to the Managing director & reception when required
- Arrange and support meetings and events, and arrange accommodation as required
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- Any other duties that appropriate reflect the level of the role when requested by Senior Management
