We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors and provide them with information about the company.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for personnel.
- Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Compose memos, emails, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Salary: £15,064.00-£20,543.00 per year
