Job description
- Reviewing membership of participants to verify accuracy and ensure eligibility to vote;
- Researching and analysing recorded information to inform accurate decision making;
- Recording decisions accurately;
- Escalating cases to more experienced colleagues as necessary;
- Sending standard responses by email.
Essential
- To have experience in office administration, preferably including use of databases or spreadsheets;
- To be able to interpret and apply standard criteria accurately and uniformly;
- To display tact and a high level of professional judgement when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
- To be able to work without direct supervision;
- To be able to work as part of a team, seeking advice from colleagues and keeping them informed as necessary.
