Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum FTE

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: Full or part time considered

Location: Faversham, Kent/Hybrid

We are looking for an individual who can bring something original to the organisation and think outside of the box and who can work autonomously whilst being a team player within a supportive and welcoming company that appreciates hard work but also allows you to see the rewards in client outcomes.

What will the role include?:

· Deliver evidence based High Intensity CBT interventions recommended by NICE guidelines to clients with depression and/or anxiety disorders, including in the context of long-term physical health conditions.

· Offering a wide range of treatments, including online and in person treatments, treatment groups and workshops/ webinars.

· Undertake accurate assessments of risks to self and others.

· Helping those people at their most vulnerable time and providing them with the tools and support to feel better.

· Working collaboratively with you to develop innovative solutions to meet access trajectories, recovery and KPIs.

· Supporting or conducting group sessions.

· Attend and contribute to staff and role meetings, forums, clinical skills and case management supervision sessions, training courses, seminars and workshops.
