About the role
Situated within the Student Conduct and Complaints Team, this role contributes towards the University's commitment to sustain an inclusive learning, working and research environment. In this role you will provide administrative support for the operation of the University’s student conduct and complaints procedures. You will handle enquiries from students, staff, other areas in the University and external agencies. In addition, will be responsible for preparing communications and documentation to support the timely consideration of student conduct and complaint cases.This role will entail handling sensitive and confidential case information linked to instances of academic and non-academic misconduct.
About you
With experience in an administrative post, you will have excellent accuracy and attention to detail. You will be comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information, ensuring you can act with integrity and discretion.You will have great IT skills, being comfortable with the likes of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint, using these to ensure you are working in the most efficient way possible.
