YPIP Administrator
Do you have the ability to provide high level administrative support? Are you well organised and able to manage your own time whilst working flexibly and pro-actively? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships?
You will work closely with the rest of the Departmental Administration Team to provide high quality and pro-active administrative, project and event support. The post will appeal if you are highly motivated and enjoy juggling a range of tasks using your excellent organisational skills.
The work of this role is varied, ranging from organising events, raising awareness of the work of the Department and managing financial processes, to contributing to projects and initiatives in order to facilitate the effective functioning of the Department and the team.
Working in a busy team, you will be the first point of contact for external and internal colleagues and students and therefore will need a high level of professionalism and discretion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a respect for confidentiality.
