Our busy Occupational Health Department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated administrator to join our friendly team providing a pro-active service to all staff at UHD and some external clients.
If you are a well organised person who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident use of IT packages, exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a busy multidisciplinary team, then we would like to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the administration of occupational health, including electronic diary management, dealing with telephone enquiries and covering of reception duties when necessary whilst working strictly in accordance with Trust policy on confidentiality and GDPR.
Hours of work 37.5 Hours per week /part time flexible working will be considered.
