Admin Assistant
Main purpose of job
To provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office
Key responsibilities
- Providing administration support across all teams within the Guernsey office
- Assist within the compliance area
Key tasks
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs
- Assisting in the drafting of Minutes
- Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc
- Posting and reconciliation of daily banking
- Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation
- Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes
- Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically
- Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required
Technical skills & knowledge
- GCSE or level
- Good IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office Suite
Key personal skills
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and manage own time and deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team
- Reliable and diligent
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to deal with a variety of matters and projects as required
- Ability to work from home
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Guernsey, GY1 2QA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
