Job description
Administrator (Reception/Administration) 37.5 hours per week
Hours 8.30am – 4.30pm plus 15 hours across GCSE and A level results days
(Salary £17,746)
The Midhurst Rother College wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, friendly and reliable person to be the face of the College managing the smooth running of the Reception area and assisting with the general administration of the College.
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively and confidentially with a range of people. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team are essential.
The post is for 37.5 hours per week, term time only.
