Job description
Tuntum Housing Association is looking to welcome a Housing Services Administrator to our Housing team.
This is a fixed term position for 12 months initially.
Your role as Housing Services Administrator will be to act as the first point of contact for the Housing Services Team, dealing with customers via all methods of communication and providing comprehensive administrative support in a timely and positive manner to your colleagues in the Housing team.
The key purpose of you role is to support the delivery of an effective, efficient, responsive and customer-focused housing service, with responsibility for initial housing, rent, tenancy and estate management enquiries alongside completing administrative duties associated with voids and allocations , low level housing complaints and ad hoc housing administration tasks as required.
If you are an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with experience in working in a busy department, then we are looking for you.
You must have excellent, demonstrable I.T and communication skills with the ability to work independantly and as part of a wider team.
If you also have have a basic understanding of housing associations and their role and are able to demonstrate previous experience within the social housing sector/experience then that would be a real plus.
