We are a well known and established property development company based near London Bridge, seeking a composed and ambitious addition to our growing team. The role is varied and interesting with a lot of scope to learn.
Salary: £20,000.00 /year
Role
The role will suit an individual with an interest in property and would like to get their foot in the door. We are seeking someone who is professional, proactive and hardworking with the ability to support a fast paced, yet friendly team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience undertaking a variety of duties, including the chance to earn commission.
Key duties:
· Full training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to assist with;
· Searching and identifying sites with potential
· Compiling property information
· General administration duties
· Other Ad Hoc duties
The successful candidate should:
· Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. excel, word, Outlook, etc
· Be polite, presentable and hardworking
· Have good communication and organisational skills
· Be proactive, fast learner and show initiative
· Have an interest in the property sector with the drive to progress further
· Confident and dedicated
