We are recruiting now for a Transport Administrator in our Bristol branch.
About the role
Coordination: Assisting in coordinating transportation schedules, routes, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods or services.
Documentation: Maintaining and organizing transportation-related documents, such as invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and transportation logs.
Communication: Liaising with drivers, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders to relay information, provide updates, and address any transportation-related issues.
Data Entry: Entering relevant data into transportation management systems or databases, such as trip details, vehicle information, fuel consumption, or maintenance records.
Safety and Compliance: Adhering to transportation regulations and safety standards, and assisting in monitoring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Problem Solving: Resolving transportation-related problems or issues, such as delays, route changes, or vehicle breakdowns, by coordinating with relevant parties and finding suitable solutions.
This role would be ideal for somebody who is keen to progress and seeks opportunities to forge a career within the branch and company.
