Administrative Assistant

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic , hard working, and well organised staff member to join our team as an administrative assistant who will work closely with senior management. We are leading property experts named Sekhon group we acquire commercial property, shopping centres, apartment complexes, and we are well known for our property development in the Yorkshire area.
This role will involve working in a modern office block adjacent to Pudsey train station, on site parking is available. The offices have modern toilets and facilities , as well as an on site gym is available. Sekhon Group is a very friendly work environment , relatively easy going however smart dress is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answering phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding and scanning
- Date input into a case management system( CARL)
- Maintain a diary for scheduled work
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone , email and mail
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- This role will involve liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries for senior managers
PAY- National minimum wage
