Job description
The role involves invoicing out work from breakdowns and recoveries. This requires liaising with roadside patrols to obtain accurate information, parts and prices and to then contact our clients to obtain order numbers.
You should have a basic understanding of both car and commercial vehicles and geographical knowledge. We work to time completions and month end projections and would be looking for someone who understands this nature of deadlines and is keen to complete on time.
The role would ideally suit a candidate who is looking to step into an administrator role possibly who has been working within the motor trade factor and is looking to continue to apply their expertise within the invoicing team.
Key Accountabilities:
- A knowledge of the different models and manufactures of both car and commercial vehicles
- General accounting skills, data entry
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of invoicing procedures
- Must work independently and multi- task efficiently within a timely manner
- Provide additional administrative assistance as needed
Personal Competency Matrix:
- Able to work to tight timescales
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Computer literacy
- Time management, organisation skills and attention to detail are essential
Working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Starting from £10.50 per hour
4-month temporary contract with potential to be extended or become permanent.
