NOW HIRING FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST:
Seeking full-time administrative assistant for growing health and wellness company. Business casual environment where training, learning, and teamwork are valued.

Hours:
Mon-Fri.
9:00 AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Outbound Calling to Our Database of Clients to discuss shipments &/or schedule follow up telecommunication appointments.
- Answer Inbound Calls
- Data Entry.
- Prepare letters & shipments daily for our clients.
· Misc. General Office Duties.
Required Experience & Skills:
· Exceptional Phone Skills
· Microsoft Office.
· Previous experience in an office setting
· Accurate Data Entry Skills & the knowledge of basic computer functions.
· Detail Orientated and Responsible
· Ability to multitask.
Compensation:
Starting at $20.00 hourly.
Benefits offered after 90-day probation period.
