Job description
We are currently seeking a Chauffeur Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering emails and phone calls, adding bookings to our dedicated booking system, and assisting with the allocation of jobs to our chauffeurs. The ideal candidate will have excellent email proficiency, organizational skills, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Answering emails and phone calls from clients and drivers.
- Entering new bookings into our booking system accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with the allocation of jobs to drivers.
- Ensuring all client and driver queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with our drivers to ensure they have all the necessary information to complete their jobs.
- Providing administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent email proficiency and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with drivers and clients
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is prefered but as long as you're willing to work and have the right attitude, please still apply!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
We have offices in both Ely and Kings Lynn.
