Are you keen to join the UK's leading Risk and Compliance Company? Tersus are currently looking for an Administrator to join the team in Rainham.
You will be working in a fast- paced environment undertaking a variety of duties such as answering and making phone calls, processing email requests and work orders and other general administration duties.
What will you be doing?
- Processing email requests and all works orders, ensuring the correct information is recorded
- Making phone calls to book appointments with tenants and make sure each surveyor has the correct amount of work
- Communicate with field staff regularly
- Working proactively to ensure reports are completed on time
- Complete training to allow you to quality check reports
- Upholding company mission vision and values
What we need from you?
- Ideally from the asbestos consultancy industry
- Previous experience in a similar position (desirable not essential)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to work as part of a team
