We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support to the staff, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing customer service support.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting new enquiries and booking appointments
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Updating the CRM system
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain records of office activities and procedures.
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors.
- Preparing invoices
- Ordering materials from the job list
- A knowledge of Google Docs would be advantageous but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
