Salary: £11.00 per hour (£22,880 per annum), increasing to £11.50 per hour (£23,920 per annum) after probation

About the role
We’re looking for an Administrator who will be the first point of contact and provide general administrative duties to support the service. Key responsibilities include:
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, answering incoming calls and directing where appropriate
· Assist with HR related administration tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, maintaining files, minute taking and organising training.
· Support with internal and external communications such as distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
· General office duties such as ordering office supplies, researching new deals and suppliers, maintaining the contact lists, update and maintain office policies and procedures.
· Write reports, maintain administrative and professional practice records and carry out investigations as required.
· Organise and schedule appointments with admin software.
· Handle requests and queries from senior managers
· Provide operational support where required.

About you:
To be successful in the role of Administrator it is essential that you have previous experience within an administrative role or performing administrative duties, ideally holding a relevant qualification. It would be desirable to have previous experience within the care sector.
Within this role you must self-directive, proactive and be able to work under your own initiative, prioritising your workload as required. You must have advanced IT skills in packages such as Microsoft and be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with a range of stakeholders. You must be able to demonstrate an empathy and understanding of the needs of others.
