Job description
Based in Edinburgh, we are a small manufacturing company and specialist supplier to the Brewing and Distilling Industry. We are currently recruiting for a full time Sales and Office Assistant, working 37.5 hours per week. General responsibilities and duties are:
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Processing orders from enquiries through to dispatch and invoicing.
- Keeping track of stock and processing goods in and out.
- Helping with general office administration.
Applicants should be organised and effective communicators and ideally have experience of Microsoft Office, Sage 50 software and processing daily dispatches with a shipping service.

Salary: From £21,500.00 per year
